CLASS SCHEDULE
At Criterion Fitness, every class is led by certified trainers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We pride ourselves on maintaining a coach-to-athlete ratio that far exceeds what you'll find at most local gyms. This ensures you get the personalized attention you need to stay safe, improve your form, and maximize results.
Our trainers don’t just guide your workout—they ensure you're executing every movement with precision, giving you the confidence to push yourself further while minimizing the risk of injury.
We open our doors 15 minutes before each class to give you time to warm up and get settled. Classes start on time to respect your schedule and ensure a structured, focused workout. At the end of every session, we celebrate our progress and accomplishments as a team, followed by a thorough cleaning of all equipment used.
